About the event
This is a private event for Brashier Middle College students working on the Tree ID project.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Conestee staff will walk you through the basic steps of tree identification. Then we will guide you around to help you identify and collect specimens for your project. You can expect to collect around 10 different species during the program.
WHAT TO BRING
Zip loc bags or envelopes to store your collected specimens and a pen or marker to label the bags, phone or camera to take pictures, someway to take to notes, and a water bottle. Please wear shoes that are appropriate for walking on trails and through the dirt.
IF YOU ARE BEING DROPPED OFF
If your parents are not staying with you they MUST SIGN THIS WAIVER. You will NOT be allowed to participate if this waiver is not complete.
