Roots and Resonance, a Sound and Forest Bathing Experience

Join Latoya, founder of SoulShine Roots & Resonance, for a 90-minute immersive experience that invites you to step away from the pace and noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Blending nature connection, sensory awareness, guided reflection, elemental practices, and an extended sound journey, this experience offers a chance to experience Conestee in a whole new way. Rather than simply walking the trails, you’ll be invited to slow down and notice—to listen to the sounds around you, engage your senses, connect with the landscape, and become more fully present in the moment.

The experience will culminate in an extended sound journey, allowing the sounds of both the instruments and the surrounding landscape to create a deeply restorative atmosphere.

Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, exhale, and listen more deeply. Let the landscape be your guide and discover what becomes possible when we make space to simply be.

No prior experience with meditation or sound experiences is necessary.

WHO

This program is best suited for anyone 18 years old and up.

WHERE

We will update the locations when it gets closer to the event date.

WHEN

Please plan to arrive by 9:50 a.m so that the program can begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.

WEATHER

If the weather is not cooperative, we will communicate by e-mail should we need to cancel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the event for a full refund.

You will receive a final reminder email along with any other pertinent information from the instructor of the program on Friday afternoon.
