About the event
Join us for a storytime in the Playscape with author Allison Sudlow. Allison is an architect living in the Southeast who has always had a passion for art and the inability to sit still. She writes stories to keep whimsy alive for children in our ever-changing world. When she is not drawing she can be found out in the garden with her partner or sewing yet another costume for the next upcoming Renaissance Faire. In her debut book The Most Beautiful Flower, she illustrates the story of a little girl who is on a journey to find the most beautiful flower in the world.
Allison will do a couple of readings or her book The Most Beautiful Flower at the Storyteller's Chair in the Playscape. A craft to along with the book will be offered as well. Copies of the book will be for sale and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Conestee Nature Preserve.
