AnnaRose Enjaian is an artist and poet living not far from Conestee Nature Preserve. Her bachelor’s degree was in writing and illustration, but she is still a student, of art, nature, and history, and she plans to remain one.

This project blends her love for painting, for nature, and for good old-fashioned mail. Her backyard hosts many of the same bird species in this series that visitors may see at Conestee-- including the heron. AnnaRose hopes to share her delight in these living works of art with Conestee regulars, first-time birdwatchers, and, if you add a postage stamp, friends far away who have yet to learn about the wealth of beauty that Conestee helps to steward.
